Itaewon Film Festival awards will be given to a single winner in each category.

이태원영화제는 각 부문별로 한 편의 수상작을 선정합니다.

Submission Requirements

• Films in any language other than English must include English subtitles at the time of submission. Dialogue lists will not be accepted.

• Short films and student works must be under 40 minutes.

• Feature films must be 40 minutes or longer.

• Films will be screened digitally. The required format for ITF is a 1080p .mp4 file encoded in H.264.

• Filmmakers are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and clearances for public exhibition of the submitted work.

Legal Agreement

By submitting your film to the Itaewon Film Festival, you agree that:

1. You accept full responsibility for securing all rights and permissions necessary for public exhibition at ITF.

2. You confirm that you hold the rights required to screen the film at ITF.

3. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Itaewon Film Festival, its organizers, partners, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the exhibition of your film.

출품 규정

• 영어 이외의 언어로 제작된 작품은 출품 시점에 영어 자막이 반드시 포함되어야 합니다.

• 단편 영화 및 학생 작품은 40분 미만, 장편 영화는 40분 이상이어야 합니다.

• 상영은 디지털 파일로 진행되며, ITF에서 요구하는 형식은 1080p 해상도, 24fps의 H.264로 인코딩된 .mp4 파일입니다.

• 모든 출품자는 제출한 작품의 공개 상영에 필요한 모든 권리 및 사용 허가를 직접 확보해야 합니다.

이태원영화제에 출품함으로써, 출품자는 다음 사항에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다:

1. ITF에서의 공개 상영에 필요한 모든 권리와 허가를 직접 확보할 책임이 있음에 동의합니다.

2. 본 영화의 상영에 필요한 권리를 보유하고 있음을 확인합니다.

3. 본 영화의 상영과 관련하여 발생할 수 있는 모든 법적 책임 및 청구로부터 이태원영화제, 주최 측, 파트너 및 관계자를 면책하며, 손해가 발생하지 않도록 책임질 것에 동의합니다.
